Centrifugal fans for the ventilation system are high-efficiency units with improved aerodynamic characteristics in a spirally twisted housing. Such models are often called spiral.
They can be divided into two groups:
1. General purpose
2. Dust purpose
The former are used to move air, steam or other unpolluted gaseous substances. In turn, dust models are designed to move air contaminated with sawdust, shavings and other materials.
Centrifugal or radial fan is a design that is a housing made in the form of a spiral, in the center of which is a rotating wheel with blades of a certain shape.
The design of the device is constructed in such a way that the direction of air flow at the inlet is parallel to the axis of rotation, and at the outlet is perpendicular.
Like any sophisticated climate equipment, centrifugal fans require constant monitoring. They are usually located in large industrial enterprises, where clean air plays a major role, so their effective and high-quality work depends on the effective operation of the enterprise in general.
Forline has extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of centrifugal fans.
