2. The room.
The main thing that affects the price is the area of the room.
It is necessary to pay attention to:
– the type of service object – what is this? Production, office, logistics complex, trading company, medical institution, etc .;
– it is a large open space or multi-room system;
– availability and number of bathrooms;
– coating: floor, walls;
– the adjacent territory, the presence of parking or other infrastructure;
– number of storeys and the availability of an elevator;
– Is service maintenance and engineering parts necessary
